iCare

iCARE is a face-to-face and an online mental health promotion program targeted at Grade 8 school students. The program aims to help the young people to:

  • Be solution focused
  • Take care of their own mental health and wellbeing.
  • Use the power of the group to share, support and make changes

This website includes information for facilitators of the program, and includes material so that the program can be run in distance mode if needed. Through this site, the participating young people can access the Pin Board which provides a mashup to share resilience strategies. Facilitators have access to program materials, training videos and a blog for feedback.  Click on the link relevant to you for more information about iCARE.
